Billy vs. SNAKEMAN (BvS for short) is an online web browser game, free to play. It is hosted on the subdomain of animecubed.com. It currently has over 5000 members, and aims, through some contests, to reach the number of over 9000.

The characters are based on the anime Naruto, with Billy being Naruto himself, and SNAKEMAN (it is written in all caps throughtout the game and on the description page) represents his and Sasuke's main antagonist, Orochimaru.

As it expanded, the game started acaparating characters and events from other popular anime (like Bleach, see Hotsumoto, or CiCi, LuLu and SuChan from Code Geass), as well from more obscure ones. In addition, the r00t arc also has spirituality-related implications.

As a means to compensate the more time and resources needed to be put in the game, the site owner added a payed feature, the Billy Club, while he wishes this to be used as secondary and not ruin the non-payer members' game work. He asks not there be any disputes between the paying members and the non-paying members, for any reasons.

The game's front page is available to everyone, but for the game content registration is required.

The owner and creator is Alex McMasters and lives in Connecticut.

In its two years^[1], the game has become more popular, as it appears on many Google searches (compare).
