A term signifying the large amounts of money available to professionals involved in the investigation and prosecution of child abuse.

Usually pejorative, implying that many accusations of child abuse are false and amount to extortion. Inclusive of all professionals involved in the process, especially psychologists who might elicit false memory or provide follow-up victim counseling either sincerely or as a charade. Also implies the tactical advantages of such false accusations when obtaining judgments for child custody and especially child support.

To a lesser degree, refers to the publicity and concomitant commerce caused by accounts of child abuse in celebrity autobiography.
