The City of Cyberterra was founded on 8 September 2002 (M:17J2002), and is the world's first metrosite. A metrosite is a complex cybercity approaching a territorial metropolitan area in complexity.
The City of Cyberterra has grown since then, stimulated by the growth of TTF-Bucksfan, UMMOA, ILI, and various Fourth and Fifth World institutions. It is now subdivided into the following 5 boroughs:
- Borough of Cyberterra (cyberterra.net, etc.)
- Borough of Mount Zion (mntzion.com, cesidian.org, strdu.com, etc.)
- Borough of Independent Long Island (ilination.net, jmsq.li, etc.)
- Borough of UMMOA/AMOMU (ummoa.net, amomu.net, cesidianroot.net, etc.)
- Borough of The Prince (hmct.dk, cesidio.org, etc.)
The City of Cyberterra is governed by the Mayor of Cyberterra, the Hon Most Rev Dr Cesidio Tallini, and he has direct jurisdictional control of all boroughs. Like any other major city, the City of Cyberterra also has a time zone or local time, which in this case is Cyberterra Mean Time or CMT, and is the UTC + 1 hour standard. The City of Cyberterra does not observe summer or daylight savings time. The City of Cyberterra, in fact, not only has its own specific time zone just like any major city, but in fact follows an entirely different new date and time format called the Fifth World Official Date & Time.
It should be noted here that the City of Cyberterra, through the Cesidian Root utility company, actually maintains an Intercontinental Internet, a system of multiple servers in Europe and North America carrying the entire contents of 5 different roots, so the City of Cyberterra is quite complex, and even maintains its own ICANN-independent TLDs.
The City of Cyberterra is also the episcopal see of the Bishop of Cyberterra, who is also the Primate of the Cesidian Church. The Patron Saint of the City of Cyberterra is Saint René Descartes. The Feast of Saint René Descartes falls on 13 December in the Gregorian calendar or 9 Nureyev in the Cesidian calendar.
