Dutch economist (born 1954 Jakarta, Indonesia).
Created the following concepts in the theory of economics:

These concepts help to solve:

The general theme in these contributions is the advancement of democracy and welfare. If people are unemployed then their income will be lower and democracy will be reduced. If the electorate is given wrong information about economic policy, democracy will be reduced. For democratic decisions and constitutional reform, a proper voting method is required. All these are complex and intertwined issues on which good thinking is required, so that proper scientific advice can be given, in a way that the average voter can understand.
As a scientist, Colignatus advises to a boycott of Holland till the censorship of science by the Dutch government on his work is resolved.
The official name is Thomas Cool. Since 2004 he uses the label "Thomas Colignatus" to distinguish his scientific work from other activities such as politics. In that year his political party, the Social Liberal Forum, named him candidate for President of the European Union.
