Criticism of GetWiki
From Wikinfo
GetWiki has many limitations, including, but not limited to:
- Needing account registration to edit AND to see the RecentChanges page (which is rare to other wikis)
- Few articles in all. Currently (summer 2008) if you click Random Page for more than 2 minutes, you already get many doubled articles.
- In the description, it starts off with a booming "We don't want to be another Wikinfo", although the ideas they share seem very very similar, if not confounding each other; they later claim importing such articles from Wikinfo, although there is no evidence of this.
- Limited array of topics: no apparent encouragement for other issues than philosophical ones.
