A trade organization which favors any ethnic or religious manority is essentially what we understand today as a racist organization. Imagine an white only trade organization or a non-jew only trade organization.

Such groups stem from historical ignorance and inequalities and can only be staved by policies of inclusion and equality.

A critical problem of Isriel today remains the contradiction of a "ethnic state" and the "principle of equality" and it's lack of a formal constiution to establish universal human rights.

A common problem sited is the loss of a majority if populations are not controled by ethnicity. However, it is unexplored as to weather a Bicameral system of government would sufice to perminantly grant a needed inclusion by ethnicity.
