The Iceni were a Celtic tribe in what is now Norfolk and Suffolk in Britain which was a prosprous client-state of Rome until an unsuccessful revolt under the leadership of Boudicca in 60 to 61. They issued coins bearing the inscription, "Iceni", from 65 BC and AD 61.
