Iusty, by his full name Iustinian (born 1986), is a known member and administrator on Romanian anime forums. Between his most known position stand administrator at Manga-Anime, and administrating the former Anime+ official site, APlusTV. His relations with most people and other sites is controversial, but between users he's known as a good but fair person. Currently (2008) he is on Romanian anime sites for about 3 years.

History
Beginning
As he explained on the New Comers topic on Manga-Anime, he found this site while searching for Anime+ on the internet on a night when he was bored, on September 2005. Subsequently, for a short time he though it was the station's station. At that time he was around 19 year old, but undetoled by his age, he openly admitted his fascinations for anime. He was applauded for the rather long post on his first topic, but strangely enough, he decided not to post on the forum for some time, almost a month. He was however often seen on the chat, talking almost every day. His interest in the forum came back for unknown reasons, maybe from the now boredom of the chat.
Revealence
Until about October 2005, Iusty knew little about the other sites that were going to mark his future as an user. Then, at a fall (presumed attack) on manga-anime, Iusty discovered Anime-Club, without knowing the conflict between the two sites. He introduced as well as on the other side, but got a rough receival, especially from CyBeR and zeri. He soon returned to manga-anime with little interest for his time at anime-club.
Ascension
It is not known whether his contributions on Manga-Anime or his eye-opener on Anime-Club were crucial for this, but soon after all this was contacted by Mix, at that time an administrator at manga-anime. Following some discussions and after a few months, in December 2005 Iusty became moderator on manga-anime. (A parallel in the Dead Zone sense would show us that zeri was promoted to administrator about the same time. The two however have rarely encounters or argued.) By spring 2006, Iusty would be a full-fledged administrator.
Anime+
Anime+, the only Romanian TV station that aired anime at that time and who plunged Iusty into this site phenomenon, was about to make its own site. Mangaboy would be the one that would take the task of making it, and Iusty would be one of the first people to register on it. As Mix was at that time Mangaboy's right hand, he was made directly an administrator, and a few weeks later, Iusty followed. There, he lead an usually productive collaboration with the moderators appointed over time.
Summer of 2006
During the 3 months downtime manga-anime underwent, since April 2006, Iusty was pretty shaken up about it. This adding to Mix's plans for a new site, and his promise it would be like "the old manga-anime", convinced him to be part of the staff of Anime-Mania. He proposed however that Iusty would not appear fizicly on the staff list, in order to not bring about the hatered of Anime-Club against them. (It is suspected Mix had given Coyotee information about both Mangaboy and Iusty to discredit them and put himself in a good position with him.) Also, although one of the first people knowing about this project, he was given only global moderator powers. This went on for a total of three months. During all this time, Iusty was also still administrator at the A+ forum, doing his job in both places during the summer.
The beginning was peaceful, but AndreiDBZ though it would be better to bring in Majin into the administrators to "smoothen" the relations with other sites (especially with Anime-Club), who brought his aquantances from the forum anime-sanctum into the staff. Iusty tried to mentain a level of order into his minions' actions, and at that time was assisted by Odeena, but with little success. When manga-anime came back and Majin had found out he was now a full-fledged administrator there too, he swiftly removed him from the staff for the reason which he told him in front, that he didn't trust him. Confronted with this on the site, Andrei made up a story about Iusty being already too "over-worked" on other sites.
Recent developments
Lately (2008-2009) Iusty's appearence on most sites has been rare, but still relatively constant. The exams and IRL issues are taking his tole, but he thinks he'll still be around for a long time to come, but that only time will tell. He is still administrator on both Manga-Anime and AnimePlus, and is called for administrative issues on those sites from time to time, not refusing most of the requests.
Trivia
- He hasn't changed his avatar, which depicts the anime character Yuji from Blue Gender, since he first used it, soon after he found Manga-Anime (after he got it asking for one from an user, on the chat).
- He claims the X, sometimes found in the display name of the Yahoo! messenger, represents the last name he prefers not to reveal to anyone else on the internet.
- He mostly uses proxies on websites after an incident at Anime-Club, where a friend of his' IP was displayed on the site's chat by Ranma.[1]
