Jake Honig is a former student of Amity Regional High School in Woodbridge, Connecticut. He will attend New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in the fall of 2009 to major in film.

His documentary entitled, "Invincible" was recently recognized with an official citation by the State Senate of Connecticut[1]. The documentary investigated the motives of teenagers when they get behind the wheel of their car and begin to speed. Honig was inspired to make the documentary when two students from his high school, Francis Zefi and Salvatore Semmonella, were killed in a car accident in March 2008[2].

His short film entitled, "Outside In" was screened at the Kent Film Festival in Kent, Connecticut in March 2009[3].
