He took full advantage of his time there and traveled to other cities as much as possible. He is quoted as saying, "It was the best time of my life." Desiring to live near a larger media market, Justin transferred to The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He began working with an agent immediately. Career
Riddick received solid reviews for his performance in Paper Boys, a 2009 drama following the growing pains of 8 door-to-door salesmen. One review read
"...there are some great moments with Joe (Justin Riddick), who steals many of the scenes in the film with his womanizing ways and picture-perfect life (not to mention lifestyle)..."[1]
Paper Boys went on to win The 2009 Award of Merit at The Indie Distribution Fest.[2]
Riddick also starred in the 2009 film, Lonely Love. The film explores love in a small town. He plays the romantic lead's brother, James.
