Television & General media, production
In the beginning, the American media market was centered around three outlets, each independent of each other; CBS, ABC, and NBC. Each of these media powerhouses were started by Jews; CBS first by William Paley and then by Laurence Tisch, ABC by Leonard Goldenson, and NBC first by David Sarnoff and then by his son Robert.
