Archer IV - planet in the 61 Ursae Majoris system mentioned in the TNG episode "Yesterday's Enterprise". It is a Class-M planet with a population of nearly 700 million. Archer IV is one of two planets named in honor of Captain Jonathan Archer who was Captain of the 22nd century Enterprise. The planet was home to a pollen that contained the toxin tropolisine, which caused paranoid delusions among the first group to visit the planet, and with prolonged exposure, caused death if not treated. The planet was not suitable for human colonization until the early 23rd century, when the pollen was finally eliminated.
Ardana - or Mu Leonis A III, is a planet featured in the TOS episode "The Cloud Minders". The planet's society is split between the elite class who reside in luxurious floating cities, and the lower class "Trogdoylites" who are forced to work in dangerous mines on the surface.
Argellius II - a planet visited by the USS Enterprise in the TOS episode "Wolf in the Fold" that has a middle-eastern cultural influence.

Bajor - homeworld of the Bajoran people located in the B'hava'el system. The system is known for its Bajoran Wormhole which provides access to the Gamma Quadrant. The space station Deep Space Nine orbits near the Bajor system.
Ba'ku - a beautiful Class M planet featured in the movie Star Trek: Insurrection. The planet resides in the dangerous Briar Patch Nebula, and is surrounded by a ring of energy with bizarre regenerative powers. The crew of the Enterprise-E discover a renegade Federation Admiral has made dealings with the Sona race to extract energy from the ring which could destroy all life on the planet.

It is described as a starkly beautiful world with an atmosphere high in gaseous ammonia and low in oxygen. Elaborate crystalline rock structures dominate its landscape. Benzar has an atmosphere similar to Class M norms, but contains a mixture of gases unique to the planet. Most humanoid species could not survive here without life-support suits or domed structures with oxygen-rich atmospheres. Likewise, the native Benzites only recently learned to breathe in oxygen-rich atmospheres without mechanical aid.

The planet is uninhabited, and owned by the Dytallix Mining Corporation, hence the name. Originally, the planet was known as Mira V, however over time Dytallix B has become the common use name. The planet does not spin as it revolves around the star and as a result has a permanent dark side and a light side.

E'Ladarea - featured in the "Voyager" episode "Parallax".
Earth - also known as Terra, or Sol III. Earth is the homeworld of Humans, and the location of the capital of the United Federation of Planets in Paris, as well as Starfleet Headquarters based in San Francisco. Earth's moon Sol IIIa or Luna is also colonized. The capital is Tycho City.
Earth Colony 2
Eden - a planet sought by the mad Dr. Sevrin and his group of young followers in the TOS episode "The Way to Eden". They believe the planet lies in the Romulan Neutral Zone and forced the Enterprise to go there. The planet they find however, is a lush paradise, but filled with lethal plantlife.
Edron - Gamma Quadrant planet featured in the DS9 episode "Emissary".
Ekos - a planet featured in the TOS episode "Patterns of Force", whose society is modeled after Nazi controlled Germany of mid-20th Century Earth and at war with the neighboring planet of Zeon.
El'Adrel - planet featured in the TNG episode "Darmok" where a dimensional shifting creature resides.
El-Auria - conjectural star system located in the Delta Quadrant, but near the Beta Quadrant. It is home to the El-Aurian race and where the character Guinan was born, before she left when the Borg invaded the planet in the mid-23rd century. It is also the home planet of Tolian Soran from the movie Star Trek: Generations, and the character Martus Mazur from a DS9 episode. El-Auria is at least some 30 years travel at high warp from Earth.
Elas - a planet visited by the USS Enterprise in the TOS episode "Elaan of Troyius". The planet sought peace with a warring neighbor world of Troyius.

Elba II - an inhospitable planet featured in the TOS episode "Whom Gods Destroy" where an asylum for the criminally insane resides.
Eminiar VII - homeworld of the Eminiar people featured in the TOS episode "A Taste of Armageddon". The inhabitants are discovered to be engaged in a simulated war with the people of the planet Vendikar.

During the attack many colonists were able to survive by hiding in underground caves. The colony's chief engineer, Carmen Davila, and one other unidentified colonist were the only human casualties. Another wave of colonists, scheduled to arrive six months after the attack occurred, presumably canceled the trip.

In 2289, Spock's half-brother Sybok recruited many of these desert dwellers into his "Galactic Army of Light" and took Federation, Klingon, and Romulan representatives hostage to lure a starship they would ultimately hijack and take to the mythological planet Sha Ka Ree.

Omicron Theta - a planet with a small scientific colony where Dr. Noonian Soong built and activated the android Data and his brother Lore. Featured in the TNG episode "Datalore". All life on the planet was killed by a crystalline entity lured from space to the planet by Lore.
Ophiuchus III - a Federation colony world mentioned in the TOS episode "Mudd's Women" as the destination of Harcourt Fenton Mudd where he planned to sell his beautiful women companions.
Organia - a non-aligned planet featured in the TOS episode "Errand of Mercy" for which the Federation and Klingons battle for control. The seeming primitive inhabitants reveal themselves to be powerful beings and threathen to neutralize both the Federation and Klingon's means to conduct war unless a truce is resolved.
Ornara - a planet in the Delos star system that was featured in the TNG episode "Symbiosis". The culture of the world suffered from an incurable disease and required medicine that could only be produced from plants on their sister world Brekka.

Praxis - a moon of Qo'noS, and the Klingon Empire's prime source of dilithium. In 2293, Praxis exploded due to overmining and disregard for safety measures, blowing off about 60% of the moon's material and causing life-threatening damage to the atmosphere of Qo'noS. The military economy of the Klingon Empire also crumbled and as a result, forced them into a truce with the Federation. It was featured in the movie Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. How the damage was rectified has not been revealed, but Qo'noS is shown to still be inhabitable and still the seat of power well into the 24th Century.

Qualor II - planet home to a Federation surplus depot "Z15", an orbiting station that manages a large fleet of mothballed starships and other unused equipment. The system is located 0.83 light years from Galorndon Kor, which would probably place it close to the Romulan Neutral Zone. The depot is known to hold at least a few offices and one lounge. The outpost is run by the Zakdorn. It was first seen in the TNG episode "Unification, Part I". The leader of the surplus depot at the time was Klim Dokachin.
