According to the Montevideo Convention, in order to be considered a state, you must have the capacity to enter into relations with the other states. How do you even start to fulfill that function when you do not even respond to emails out of courtesy?

Live Nations exists in order to help diplomatically active nations and micronations meet the Montevideo Convention requirement.

Nations that are members of the Live Nations have to provide detailed, no nonsense information about their nation, and must also show evidence that they are still active when they are emailed every 6 months. Nations that do not respond to the emails will be simply taken off the Live Nations list. As their slogan goes: "If they are not alive, they are not LiveNations.net!" (εν)

Any nation, virtual or territorial, Fourth, Fifth, or Sixth World, macronation or micronation, can join the Live Nations list. Besides telling the world what nations do respond to emails, and show other kinds of evidence that they are alive and active, Live Nations also provides members with a short URL redirect based on the LiveNations.net domain, as well as a similar email redirect, in order to facilitate contacts.

Live Nations members can be members of any micronational organisation, or none at all. Live Nations simply exists as a point of contact, a node of diplomacy facilitation, and has no other purpose.
