National Inventors Hall of Fame

The National Inventors Hall of Fame is an organization that honors important inventors from the United States. It has a museum in Akron, Ohio, and an annual induction ceremony.
It is a non-profit organization founded in 1973 by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the National Council of Intellectual Property Law Associations.
As of 2002 there were 168 inductees.
