The Progressive Labor Party is an American Marxism-Leninism American political party which advocates the political philosophy of Joseph Stalin. It has its origin in those who in 1956 continued to follow Stalin after Khrushchev's secret speech regarding Stalin's errors and the subsequent abandonment of Stalinist principles by communist parties affiliated with the Soviet Union including the Communist Party USA. Which is to say those who resisted Revisionism.
