Quiche
From Wikinfo
In cooking, a quiche is a pie made primarily of eggs and cream in a pastry crust. Other ingredients such as chopped meat or vegetables are often added to the eggs before the quiche is baked.
In Quiche Lorraine, cream and cooked bacon are added.
Quiche should not be confused with [[Quich]], a native American people of Guatemala, nor with [[El Quich]], a department of Guatemala. The word quiche is derived from the Lorraine dialect of the French language, and entered English in 1941.
