Early years

Trumbly was born in the area near capitol hill in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to a Lebanese mother and a French father. His family moved frequenty but due to financial hardship, were always located in low-income areas. His neighborhoods were surrounded by drug dealers, gangs, and prostitution. This hardship led to trouble in the home. Trumbly's mother and father never got along and divorced in 1961. Trumbly's sought comfort through listening to Ray Charles, Elvis, Miles Davis, and anything else in his mother's record collection. His passion for music was further driven throughout high school, playing bass guitar for numerous rock and roll bands.[1]

College Years

After finishing High School, Trumbly moved down to Durant, Oklahoma where he attended Southeastern Oklahoma University. There he opened up a music venue and bar called Honk & Holler. The venue was small, catering to mostly local musical acts, but caught a lot of attention and spawned Trumbly's life-long interest in the music business.

After operating the Honk & Holler for about two years, Trumbly's passion for music led him to buy a Triumph Motorcycle and head on a year-long journey to find new musical styles across North America.

Hip Hop and Rap Influences

In 1992, Trumbly was involved in an altercation with a business partner that let to an arrest. In January of 1993 Trumbly pled guilty and was convicted with 1 count of "Assault with a deadly weapon" and "Attempted murder."

In prison, Trumbly gained a respect and passion for Hip Hop and R&B artists like Public Enemy, Run DMC, and Tupac Shakur. He befriended many amateur Hip Hop artists and Rappers in prison and entertained himself by writing his own raps and hooks.

Trumbly was mixed with other races and quickly gained respect among fellow prisoners for his adamant stance against racism and prejudice,a commonplace in prison cliques. He used his diverse musical tastes and knowledge to bring fellow prisoners together.

In May of 1997, four and a half years after entering prison, Trumbly was released on good behavior. He was poor and worked odd jobs to make a living.

"Nfinity Worldwide"

In 2001 Trumbly began to play with the idea of combining his musical influences. He was not happy with the direction of current Hip Hop music and wanted to bring the genre back to its musical roots. In 2007 he met entertainment designer and artist Jason McManus and together they formed Nfinity Worldwide. Trumbly's principles became the mission statement and Nfinity is currently working on several projects in the Hip Hop market.[2]
