Licensing
A. Preface
I. Some Intentions
This page contains, inter alia, licenses for articles created by myself. The purpose of this is twofold.
1. On the one hand, I have often felt a contributer ought to be totally free as to using his own contributions in other contexts as well. This might help getting contributors who love their freedom and are experts in the fields they contribute, therefore especially conscious to keeping all their freedom to their own works. Of course, e. g. reference to the project they are using them in by themselves is always welcome, especially to wikinfo ; ). I think that by setting them free from the needs of referencing their orignal version when they are working in their own projects, they might happily do just that. And anyone else has to give reference anyway.
In short: these licenses provide creative people with tools allowing them to pressent their work to a broader audience by giving them the option of still freely using their original work for publication in traditional channels as well as in other creative ways. So, in the end, freedom wins, for freedom and creativity are one in their source.
2. On the other hand, I prefer short, understandable and easy to manage licenses.
After having reread one of my licenses, I concede that, after having studied the law, the possibilities revealed in these studies might interfere with an approach to make it really short.
II. Use by others
Please feel free to use them, if appropriate, be creative or think of how such an approach might benefit any projects your are active in. Else - just kindly accept at least that I am using them... or just ignore my doings in that respect entirely, if appropriate.

B. The Licenses

a) Introduction
This license has been devloped for use in the Poet's Corner. It is intended to enable poets to publish here and yet retain copyrights, thus retaining optimal chances for publishing their own work otherwise, especially with book publishing companies. This is to be considred an exception from the normally open licensed articles in this wiki.

Basics
The article put under this license may ["may" to be understood here as a legal term(*)]
be altered and published elsewhere (as a whole or, if possible without essential distortions, in part) and further altered on the condition that
at least the original author - either by his synonym used in the project the work licensed with this license is a part of or his name if it is intentionally revealed in the respective project by himself -
as well as the source (**), this by giving a direct link to the article itself provided it still exists,
is being cited.
Protection
This license (in the form as it is when this article is altered or published elsewhere) has to be either included into the article or a link has to be provided to the original article containing that license with the remark that that license in the applicable form is valid or to the text of the license itself.
In case the developed or derived work distorts or antagonzies the main viewpoints of the original author, the original author should not be named any longer. He also has a right to get his name (or synonym) removed from that version, then. Credits may be given, though, if it happens respectfully. The original source (**) still has to be named, this by giving a direct link to the article itself provided it still exists.
If any part of this license is invalid somewhere, the other parts remain intact. If it is null and void altogether, the Gnu Free Documentation license takes its place. If both are null and void somewhere, (only) in that region the license that normally applies to the works of that project ("project" to be understood in a broad sense) wherein the work licensed by this license is contained, applies (with the modification implied by this clause itself, i. e. that license is, then modified to being valid only there instead of this primary license)
Freedom
This license allows relicensing of the original article version by the original author, this relicensing extending to all changes he has done to the article thereafter.
- Relicensing of the original article does not require nor imply relicensing of versions of the article developed on the basis of the original version by other editors nor of articles copied from there or based on it. For an article in a given project, that has been altered by other editors than the original author, to let relicensing take effect as to the article as it is given in the versions altered by otherse than the original contributor, consensus of all contributers is necessary.
- The text of the license itself [explanatory stars in the original license including this remark not being part of the license itself] may, as a whole or in part, be published and altered by the creator of this license without any necessity of giving reference (***).

a) General Purpose and Summary
Short (not legally valid) summary: Free to use if done in a morally "positive" or "neutral way" if credits are given. Else, use is, from the persective of mere positive law, still possible, but read the details.
b) Remarks
