Sysops are editors who have some experience and have been given responsibility as administrators. Generally, they can be asked questions and will respond in helpful ways. Their 'powers' are slightly more than other editors because they can delete and move pages and block vandals. We are trying to do the best we can at Wikinfo, but doubtless, err from time to time.
