Wikinfos are people who write and edit articles for Wikinfo.

Users of Wikipedia used to be called, Wikians. They are now Wikipedians. Contributors to Wikinfo are Wikinfoans or Wikinfos. Both look good. Perhaps Wikian is an appropriate generic term for users of Wikis or all sorts.
