Wynnton is one of the oldest districts of Columbus, Georgia, just past Lakebottom Park, due east from the downtown district out either Wynnton Road or 13th Street. One of the earliest settlers of Wynnton was John Woolfolk, his original family mansion still stands one block off Wynnton Road, near the AFLAC insurance and WTVM television buildings.
