The Fifth World Chronological Standard is the UTC + 1 hour time standard. This standard was conceived by Cesidio Tallini.

The Fifth World Chronological Standard is also known as the Cyberterra Mean Time (CMT) standard.

There is also a Cyberterra Mean Time (CMT) format, which is a combination of Cesidian calendar date and Swatch Internet Time.
